If you notice this without being under water it may be an indication of a health problem with your thyroid gland, dehydration or circulation problems.
White spots on your tongue
If you do not clean your tongue when you brush your teeth it might change its color. You have an easy solution to this. Just brush your tongue together with your teeth.
If it does not have a normal hue or it gets worse make sure to see the doctors.
White spots on your tongue can be caused by various conditions like ulcers and leukoplakia.

There are many reasons for skin rash and most of them should not worry you at all.

At one point all of us have seen an inexplicable bruise on our body like our arm or leg without remembering how it got there.

Constant thirst
It is normal in summer to feel thirsty but not all the time.
Despite being dehydrated the reason for this might be anemia or diabetes.

In most cases snoring is harmless and cause by the anatomy of your mouth and sinuses.
Sometimes your bodyweight or the tendency to have allergies can contribute to frequent snoring.
